The Recruiting team at Signifyd plays a vital role in building and growing our world-class workforce. More than just filling roles, we act as strategic partners to hiring managers across the company, working closely with them to understand their team’s goals, assess current and future talent needs, and develop effective hiring strategies. From sourcing and screening top-tier candidates to guiding them through every stage of the interview process, we’re committed to delivering a thoughtful and inclusive hiring experience. Signifyd is scaling, and we need a Technical Recruiter to join our Talent Team on a 6-month contract (with high potential for extension or conversion). This isn’t just about filling seats; it’s about architecting the teams that protect the future of commerce. You’ll partner closely with leadership to hire the builders behind our fraud prevention and commerce protection platforms.
Responsibilities:
- Full-Cycle Ownership: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for specialized technical tracks, including Software Engineering, Data Science, and Machine Learning.
- AI-Enhanced Sourcing: Actively utilize and experiment with AI-driven sourcing tools and automation to identify top-tier passive talent through personalized outreach.
- Process Architecture: Build and drive adoption of standardized, scalable hiring processes. You aren’t just following a workflow; you’re optimizing it through coaching and data.
- Candidate Advocacy: Maintain a gold-standard candidate experience, ensuring that every applicant -whether hired or not -leaves with a high opinion of the Signifyd brand.
- System Mastery: Drive full utilization of Greenhouse ATS and sourcing platforms like Gem, ensuring data integrity and pipeline transparency.
- Strategic Advisory: Act as a talent consultant to hiring managers, providing market maps and competitive intelligence to help us win in a crowded market.
- Global Pipeline Management: Partner with leaders to scale teams across the USA, LATAM, and EMEA. You’ll act as the subject matter expert on regional talent trends, compensation benchmarks, and local hiring nuances.
Requirements:
- Experience: 3–5+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience in a fast-paced, high-growth SaaS or FinTech environment.
- Domain Expertise: Proven track record of hiring specialized roles, specifically within Engineering, Data Science, & Machine Learning.
- The Modern Toolkit: Deep experience with Greenhouse, LinkedIn, and Gem sourcing. You should be comfortable discussing how you use AI tools (e.g., for screening, sequence optimization, or market research) to amplify your output.
- Passive Talent Hunting: You don’t rely on “post and pray.” You are a pro at deep-web sourcing and crafting highly personalized outreach to passive candidates.
- Self-Starter DNA: You thrive in ambiguity. If a process doesn’t exist, you build it. If a pipeline is dry, you find a new way to fill it.
- Communication: Impeccable verbal and written skills. You can explain a complex compensation structure or a technical role requirement with equal clarity.
- International Expertise: Proven experience navigating the complexities of global hiring. You understand that sourcing a Senior Engineer in Budapest requires a different strategy than in San Francisco, and you’re comfortable managing high-touch candidate experiences across multiple time zones.
