Scholars will study part-time online with either the University of Portsmouth or the University of Stirling while continuing to work.  Not Eligible If:

  • You work only in the private sector
  • You studied in the UK in the last 5 years
  • You’re receiving another UK-funded scholarship
  • You’re a UK/British citizen (or dual citizen)

How to Apply (Important Steps)

  1. Apply for admission to:
    • University of Portsmouth or
    • University of Stirling
  2. Receive an offer (conditional/unconditional)
  3. Submit your scholarship application before the deadline

👉 You cannot apply for the scholarship without an offer first.

  • Duration:
    • Stirling: up to 30 months
    • Portsmouth: up to 26 months
  • UK Visit: Summer 2027
