Are you a recent graduate with little knowledge or experience of a Recruitment Consultant and a proven track record in candidate delivery and solid industry knowledge gained within a recruitment agency environment? Do you also have a good understanding of HR processes and administrative support? If so, we would love to hear from you.
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented professional who can effectively manage recruitment activities while also providing HR support functions to ensure smooth people operations.
Key Responsibilities:

Support in managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from role briefing to candidate placement

Assist in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting qualified candidates using various recruitment channels

Assist in conducting candidate interviews and assessments
-
Assist in building and maintaining strong candidate pipelines and talent pools

Coordinate interview schedules for candidates
-
Support in providing high-quality candidate delivery within agreed timelines
-
Provide HR support duties with HR administrative processes and documentation
-
Assist with onboarding and induction coordination for new hires
-
Maintain accurate employee and candidate records

Support HR with policy implementation, compliance, training, and internal HR processes
- Assist with the preparation of HR reports and recruitment metrics
Requirements:

Current NYSC member
-
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a social science-related discipline

Ability to source and deliver quality candidates
-
Good understanding of HR processes and HR administrative support
-
Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
-
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
-
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
