IT Intern at BasecodeTech, Lagos

We’re looking for a tech-savvy IT Intern to join our team and support day-to-day operations within our Zoho-powered environment. This is a hands-on, onsite opportunity for someone eager to gain real-world experience in IT support and systems management.

Location: Onsite (Lagos) Lekki & Ikorodu axis

What You’ll Do

• Provide first-level IT support to team members
• Assist in managing and maintaining Zoho applications (CRM, Recruit, Desk, etc.)
• Support user setup, access control, and troubleshooting
• Monitor system performance and flag issues proactively
• Assist with basic data management, reporting, and system updates
• Document processes and support internal IT operations

What We’re Looking For

• Basic understanding of IT systems, software, and troubleshooting
• Familiarity with tools like Zoho, Google Workspace, or similar platforms (a plus)
• Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills
• Good communication and willingness to learn
• Ability to work onsite and collaborate with a team
• Background in IT, Computer Science, or a related field (or currently studying)
