We need a Graphic Designer who can translate the essence of Y & C Communications into clean, modern, premium visuals across radio, digital, and brand campaigns. The ideal person should understand storytelling through design — not just creating “fine graphics,” but building visuals that make DreamCity, Signals, Signals Marketplace, and the Y & C brand feel credible, aspirational, youthful, and globally appealing.

The designer should be skilled in social media creatives, campaign designs, roll-up banners, event branding, thumbnails, presentation decks, and motion-ready layouts. They must understand minimalism, typography, spacing, branding consistency, and audience psychology, while also being able to execute fast-paced media designs for radio promotions and client campaigns. We need someone proactive, detail-oriented, open to feedback, and able to balance creativity with strategy. Most importantly, the person should understand that design at Y & C is not decoration  it is communication, positioning, and growth.
