Chief Financial Analyst at Renmoney, Remote (Nigeria)

We are currently seeking to employ a Chief Financial Analyst to report to the CFO. You will have the authority to oversee and deliver solid models, forecasts, and analyses that drive business strategy and sound decision-making.

• Product profitability management – implement best practices and establish a solid process for regular assessment of Products.
• Business controlling – establish a regular, solid process for new initiatives assessment and implementation with a post-control function.
• Financial reporting and analysis – implement best practices for performance analysis, including identification of key areas of risk, variance analysis, static and dynamic analysis.
• ALM – provide prudent knowledge and implement best practices in depo pricing, interest rate risk management, transfer pricing.
• OPEX management – help with the implementation of best practices in OPEX management like better cost planning, cost analytics, operational benchmarking and cost optimization.
• Modelling – implementation and establishing best practices and Product modelling, creating diversified of models depending on stakeholders’ needs.
• Budgeting – to provide best practices in budgeting, lead and support FPA team while preparation of Budgets and Forecasts. To implement operational budgets on a monthly basis.
• Deep coordination and integration with risk management and data science team – this relates on synchronization of the models with Risk team, implementing solid cut-off policy and procedures, better understanding of loan products, proper risk budgeting, coordination on data structuring and reporting.
