Technical Product Manager at RoHealth
We are looking to hire a Technical Product Manager who will oversee the development and management of the roHealth Platform. The Technical Product Manager will ensure that the right products are built on time in line with our objectives. The Technical Product Manager will support the software and engineering team by providing clarity on what needs to be built upon market validation. The Technical Product Manager will work with the UX team to create the best user experience. You will provide leadership and motivation for the development team and collaborate with cross-functional teams including Engineering, New Business Development, Customers, End Users, UX designers, Quality Assurance.
This role poses the challenge of defining software solutions that are targeted at fulfilling multiple tasks for different categories of user persona.
You will be responsible for the following;
- Collaboratively defining and driving product strategy, vision, and roadmap evangelizing to all the teams, partners, and users of our platforms
- Quickly understand a specific domain and identify the trends and opportunities in that space
- Working with the team to drive product definition, design, and prototyping process to discover customer problems and create valuable, desirable, and feasible solutions.
- Collaboratively define and prioritize a backlog for your product that continuously delivers measurable value towards the vision
- Helping innovate and iterate on agile product management processes and share insights
Desired Skills & Experience:
- Experience building successful product teams and shipping successful products, including defining vision, strategy, outcome-driven product roadmaps, and creating and managing backlogs
- Effectively drive the end-to-end readiness of API products; technical and operational readiness ensuring the business strategy is executed successfully.
- Experience in managing integration projects with partners.
- Able to break down complex problems into actionable steps with measurable outcomes.
