To help our company move to the next level and enable us to build an even more compelling education experience, we are looking for a Tutoring Content & Operations Coordinator to contribute to our online tutoring program.

What you will be doing

• Developing math content for K-12 students (eg. creating brief video solutions explaining various math concepts)
• Provide after-hours support to tutors and instructors, managing schedule conflicts, cancellations and other issues that may arise.

What you need to succeed

• Bachelors of Education with math qualifications or equivalent in undergraduate degree is required
• Minimum 1-2 years experience in teaching/tutoring math in a K-12 setting
• Comfort with technology
• Ability to work the following hours: Monday – Friday 1pm-8:30pm, Saturday 9am-2:30pm
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks, be a quick-thinker and maintain organization
• Ability to take initiative and the willingness to complete new tasks as the role evolves

Availability Required for this Role:

This role requires working hours of Monday-Friday 1pm-8:30pm, Saturday 9am-2:30pm
