Day-to-Day Responsibilities of this Position and Description of Project:

DECO PMO Responsibilities

Connect

Collaborate with comms and leaders in finalizing contents and recordings

Follow up with all presenters to make sure all decks and recordings are meeting the timelines

Make sure all milestones called out for Connect are on track. Setup regular sync-up meetings with all stakeholders.

Collaborate with comms and engineers in collecting and uploading recordings in Dev Portal

Set up slack-lounge working with IT folks post Connect

Order Award trophies and ship it to the recipients.

Essential Engineering

Work with domains for DECO asks: Set up weekly meetings to track the progress on tracks.

Eg: Moving Trading API to SHIELD

API Security track: Part of EE, where Infosec identifies security issues with APIs and wants teams to either fix those issues or work on a deprecation path ( eg: finding and shopping API deprecation)

Once the quarterly roadmap is set, setup weekly follow-up meetings with responsible domains for tracking the work.

VAT-DEV

Set up meetings for Deprecations

Follow-up with domains to track the API deprecation activities.

Other VAT-DEV activities:

Events like Amplify etc:

Monitor paper submissions, work with VAT_DEV members to review papers to come up with a top list of papers that can be presented.

Collaborate with the event managers and work as a moderator during the event

PAIR

Organize PAIR office hour meetings based on PAIR requests, assign PAIR requests in office hours

Follow-up with PAIR members on pending requests

KYD

Follow-up with stakeholders on pending requests

DTS

Follow-up with domains on pending bugs and support requests

Developer Outreach

Until we have full automation in place, work with domains to guide on content readiness, approvals, and sending the comms out.

Internal Program updates to key stakeholders ( like velocity, security PMO updates)

Weekly Dev program updates for the things that DECO tracks

Releases in public API

Developer surveys/sentiments etc

Status on all the above tracking ( vat-dev, dts/domain bugs etc)

Build jira dashboards to show status on the things DECO tracks
