Business Operations Coordinator
About the job
What you’ll do
· Drive operational excellence for internal operations of the Supply team including sales operations, content operations, and vendor management
· Create new processes and improve existing ones to meet the needs of a growing team
· Design workflows and train contingent workers on new projects
· Ensure all Operations-related processes and procedures are well documented, including content operations, sales processes, and other core functional processes
· Optimize HotelTonight’s hotel profile content strategy and facilitate new hotel onboarding
· Ideate and facilitate supply team initiatives to drive HotelTonight supply OKRs
· Perform day-to-day operations to support the supply team
· Prepare ad hoc analysis & participate in the supply team’s strategy definition
Preferred Qualifications
· 3+ years of professional experience, preferably in an operations, strategy, or growth role within a fast-paced technology company
· Undergraduate degree
· The ability to get things done and navigate shifting priorities, projects and deadlines
· Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills; detail-oriented but moves fast
· You’re a quick learner and you’re fearless about doing whatever it takes to get the job done, even if it means making mistakes along the way.
· Fluency in Salesforce.com
· SQL a plus
· Passion, hunger and enthusiasm for the role and the HotelTonight product a must
