Curtin University RTP Scholarships for Higher Degree by Research (HDR) 2025–2026: Overview
The Research Training Program (RTP) Scholarships at Curtin University are offered to both domestic and international students pursuing a Higher Degree by Research (HDR). These scholarships, funded by the Australian Government, cover tuition fees and provide a living stipend. Applicants must obtain an Invitation to Apply from a registered Curtin supervisor before applying.

Eligibility Criteria

Open to current and prospective domestic and international students

Must meet Curtin’s HDR entry requirements

Must obtain an Invitation to Apply from a Curtin supervisor

Current HDR students must:

Not be receiving a base stipend
-
Have support from their supervisor
-
Maintain Good Standing
-
Have less than 18 months of full-time enrolment by July 1

Only one project nomination is allowed per applicant

CHESSN will be issued and managed by Curtin for both domestic and international students
