Erasmus Mundus MAPP Scholarship 2026: Overview
The Mundus MAPP (Master of Arts in Public Policy) is a prestigious two-year Erasmus Mundus Joint Master’s programme supported by the Erasmus+ action of the European Union. The 2026–2028 cohort is now open for applications.
Students admitted into the programme can specialize in various public policy fields while studying across four leading European universities. Outstanding candidates may receive the Erasmus Mundus (EMJM) Scholarship, covering full tuition, travel, installation, and living costs.
Erasmus Mundus MAPP Scholarship 2026: Eligibility
Applicants must:

Hold a Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in a relevant field.

Meet the academic and language requirements of the programme.

Apply only through CEU PU (Central European University Private University) as the central admissions administrator.

Choose one mobility track (see below).

Programme Components (Mobility Tracks & Specializations)
Students may choose one track only:

CEU PU – IBEI track → Global Public Policy specialization

ISS – York track → Governance and Development specialization
