Required Steps
To be considered for FIU merit scholarships, applicants must:

Submit a complete freshman admission application (including application fee or waiver).

Provide official SAT, ACT, or CLT test scores by the deadline.

Have test scores sent directly to FIU at the time of registration.

Florida International University (FIU) Fall 2026 Intake: Eligibility Criteria

Must be an admitted FTIC student for Early Fall/Fall 2026.

Must be a U.S. citizen, U.S. lawful permanent resident, or an international student intending to receive an F-1 visa (or another eligible visa) to study in the United States.

Merit scholarship consideration is based on academic records used for admission and residency status.
