Eligibility Criteria
✅ Must have completed no more than 36 months of full-time equivalent doctoral study by December 31, 2025
✅ For joint or fast-track programs, months are counted from the date of PhD enrolment
✅ Must not have received prior Tri-agency doctoral-level funding
✅ Up to 15% of awards are available to international students enrolled in a Canadian institution
✅ Up to 20% of awards may be held outside Canada (Canadians only, with prior Canadian degree)
✅ Must apply through a Canadian institution with a quota or directly to the agency, depending on your registration status
