Fully Funded QuTech Scholarship 2026 at TU Delft for International MSc Students in Quantum Science & Engineering 

Overview

The QuTech Scholarship at TU Delft, Netherlands, offers full financial support to outstanding international students pursuing an MSc in quantum and related technologies. The program is designed to nurture the next generation of innovators in quantum science and engineering. Scholarship recipients who excel in their MSc thesis (grade ≥ 9/10) will be offered a fully funded PhD position at QuTech, subject to security regulations.

Eligibility

To be considered, applicants must:

• Be international students with excellent academic records (minimum GPA of 80% or higher).

• Hold a bachelor’s degree from a recognized international university.

• Meet the admission requirements for TU Delft’s MSc programs.

• Apply to one of the eligible MSc programs in the following faculties:

  • Faculty of Applied Sciences

  • Faculty of Electrical Engineering, Mathematics, and Computer Science

• Eligible MSc programs include:

  • Applied Physics

  • Computer Science

  • Electrical Engineering

  • Computer Engineering

  • Embedded Systems

  • Quantum Information Science & Technology

• Show strong interest in quantum technologies.

• Female students and candidates from underrepresented groups in science and engineering are strongly encouraged to apply.

Application Process

1. Prepare your MSc application through TU Delft’s admission portal.

2. Attach all required scholarship documents along with your MSc application — do not wait for admission confirmation.

3. Submit before the deadline: 1 December 2025 (23:59 CET).

4. Pre-selected candidates will be contacted in early February 2026 and invited for a 30-minute online interview (mid-February).

5. Final results will be announced in early March 2026.
