Decided to enroll in a bachelor’s or master’s degree at HAN University of Applied Sciences in the Netherlands? Are you from a country outside the EU/EEA? Then you may qualify for a HAN scholarship. They’re offered in collaboration with the Dutch Ministry of Education, Culture and Science.
Outstanding achievers
Have you made outstanding achievements in your education and personal development? And are you a national of a country outside the EU/EEA? Then you’re a good candidate for one of the HAN scholarships below. Don’t meet these requirements? Then you might want to search for scholarships elsewhere.
Online Open Day
The Open Day on 18 January is online, so you can join from anywhere in the world. The program? You decide! HAN NL Scholarship
You receive € 2,500 in the 1st semester and € 2,500 in the 2nd semester.
Honors Scholarship
The Honors Scholarship is different. You don’t need to apply for it. The academic board of the study program selects students with outstanding academic results in their 1st semester. Who is eligible? Students who meet the minimum requirements but did not receive a HAN NL Scholarship. The Honors Scholarship is a once-only payment of € 2,500 in the 2nd semester.
What are the requirements?
- You are a national of a country outside the EU/EEA
- You do not have a degree from an education institution in the Netherlands
- You have not previously been enrolled in a degree at a university or university of applied sciences in the Netherlands
- You have been accepted into a full-time English-taught degree program at HAN
- You have an IELTS score of at least 6.5, a TOEFL iBT score of at least 90, or a Cambridge Certificate (CAE or CPE)
