Overview
The International Capital Market Association (ICMA) offers 15 scholarships to early-career or aspiring finance professionals from Africa, Asia Pacific, and Latin America. The programme supports candidates who cannot afford financial qualifications and aims to build capacity in local capital markets, including sustainable finance and repo markets.

Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must:

Be a citizen of Africa, Asia Pacific, or Latin America

Be 19–30 years old at the time of application

Have a good level of education (university degree not required)

Be interested in financial markets

Be able to study online in English

500-word statement: background, why you qualify, career plans
