Japanese Government (MEXT) Scholarship 2025/2026 Overview
The Japanese Government (Monbukagakusho: MEXT) Scholarship offers fully funded study opportunities for international students to study in Japan. The program is available for undergraduate, graduate, research, teacher training, and specialized studies. It covers tuition, monthly stipends, and round-trip airfare.
There are two main application routes:

General Requirements:

Age and Education (Examples):

Research: Under 35; completed or about to complete 16 years of education

Undergraduate: Between 17–25; completed 12 years of schooling
