Job Description

The Executive Administrative Officer will work closely with the
Executive Associate to the MD to provide high-level secretarial and administrative
support to the office of the Managing Director of Accion Microfinance Bank.
As an Executive Administrative Officer, you will assist in managing the day-to-day
operations of the executive office, ensuring that all administrative tasks are completed
accurately and efficiently. You will also be responsible for managing the MD’s calendar,
including scheduling meetings, confirming appointments, preparing itineraries and
travel logistics, reports etc.
The ideal candidate for this position should be be highly organized, able to manage
multiple tasks simultaneously, and have excellent communication and interpersonal
skills. This role requires a high level of confidentiality, discretion, and professionalism.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

∙Provide administrative support to the Office of the Managing Director (OMD).
∙Manage correspondence, including drafting and reviewing emails, memos, and
other communications for the department.
∙Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.
∙Conduct research and analysis as needed.
∙Coordinate travel arrangements and prepare itineraries
∙Manage calendars, schedule meetings.
∙Organize and maintain confidential files and records.
∙Assist with special projects and initiatives as requested.

Other duties as assigned by the Executive Associate to the MD

Requirements and Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, or a related field.
At least 5 years of experience in a similar administrative support role, preferably in the
banking or financial services industry.
∙Excellent written and verbal communication skills
∙Strong organizational and time management skills
∙Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, business tools and other office softwares –
Excel, PowerPoint etc
∙Ability to work with minimum supervision and prioritize tasks effectively
∙Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
∙Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
∙Strong research and analytical skills.
∙Other skills- stakeholder management, leadership, creativity, influence, business
strategy, inter-personal skills.
