Account Executive
Job requirements:
You’re selling the technology to power tomorrow’s law firm. This requires expert storytelling and relationship building. We have big ambitions that come with fascinating challenges that can only be solved by someone with hustle, grit, excellent organization skills, and positive energy.
What you’ll achieve:
- Represent and demonstrate the value of Gladiate to prospects and existing customers throughout the sales and adoption cycle
- Own the full sales-cycle; prospect, develop, and manage the sales pipeline, closing customers through inbound and outbound efforts
- Build relationships with attorneys and decision-makers at personal injury law firms nationwide
- Prioritize opportunities and develop a strategy to stay organized and manage a high volume of inbound and outbound prospects
- Meet or exceed sales goal each month
- Travel to industry events and conferences to meet key law firm decision-makers and close deals
What you’ll bring:
- 2+ years of B2B sales experience selling to lawyers
- Experience carrying a $500K+ annual quota
- Proven track record hitting or exceeding quotas (top 10% of sales org/ stack ranking)
- Highly personable and hold great communication skills in order to successfully gain client trust and buy-in
- Self-starter, who is highly motivated and experienced working in a completely distributed (no central office) fast paced startup environment
- You have strong beliefs, loosely held. You’re a good listener who collaborates well. You observe and internalize all inputs and feedback to help you reach the best decision.
- You understand how to tell stories using both words and visuals
