Account Manager
SALESBOX, an onDemand Sales company is looking to bolster its team by adding a new ACCOUNT MANAGER & CLIENT RELATIONS.
This position’s primary task will be to work with existing clients to manage the relationship and results for the customer, plus provide back up support in closing new clients.
Must have an excellent written English skillset

Responsibilities
- Help Manage a Campaign Team and Client Deliverables
- Account Management
- Work with existing clients to grow those accounts
- Launch New Sales and Marketing Campaigns:
- Join Onboarding Calls (for new clients)
- Build Scripts
- Train Team
- Launch
- Optimize
- Support Joe (Company founder) as needed
- Crack the Code (training by leadership and results)
- Take sales calls to get you feet wet, get results, help us develop a system to optimize
- Training Program for Sales Team
- Discuss product and close deals with new clients
- Send proposals (Via Email or LinkedIn DM) and attend client sales meetings
- Pipeline management and follow-ups
- Lead targeting and ranking
- Sales Calls and Deal Closing
- Demonstrates professional logic to analyze critical business requirements and generate opportunities.
- Resourceful sales, marketing, telemarketing, dynamic, and knowledgeable professional, offering a broad range of accomplishments and expertise in business development, executive leadership, project coordination, and operations management.
- Qualified and dedicated with the ability to establish productive relationships, drive business development and growth, oversee programs and processes, and manage complex projects.
- Recognized for creating and implementing new strategies within organizations and influencing overall business growth and development.
Requirements
- BS degree in Business Administration, Marketing Business, or relevant field
- Fluent in English
- Proven work experience as a Sales Account Executive / B2B Sales
- Hands-on experience with customer service
- An ability to gasp clients’ needs and to increase customer engagement
- Solid knowledge of CRM software, MS Office (MS Excel in particular), GSuite/Gmail, Calendly, Slack, and other tools
- Resourceful sales, marketing, telemarketing, dynamic, and knowledgeable professional, offering a broad range of accomplishments and expertise in business development, executive leadership, project coordination, and operations management.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Outstanding English skills (near-native level)
- Computer Skills (Tools familiarization)
- B2B sales experience
- Once more, an advantage but not a strict requirement. In essence, you need to understand how businesses sell, what their target markets are, and how we can help them. This is something we can teach you.
