Requirements

  • You have 2-3 years of experience under your belt selling for a SaaS company in a Sales or Account Management role, where you consistently met or exceeded quota

Responsibilities

  • This Sales role is for our new, Branded Job Board product which is a configurable job board built by Workable for Membership Associations to give member companies the ability to post jobs and receive candidates as a membership benefit
  • Contribute to Workable’s growth directly by hitting (and exceeding!) new business Branded Job Board targets on a quarterly and annual basis
  • This role will have a mix of business development to sign on membership associations and strategic relationship building to ensure the success of the Branded Job Board once launched within the membership community. It will also be a full-cycle sales role as you will be reaching out to membership companies asking for a demo or participating in our free trial, to acquire as many new business Branded Job Board customers, as possible
  • Being a new product, this role will require collaborating with sales leadership, product, and executives within Workable to ensure its growth and success
  • Manage the entire sales process including negotiating pricing, helping to build a business case, and guiding the prospect through their internal procurement, security process, and legal
  • Will own relationship with partners post-sale to ensure a smooth onboarding process
  • Will work with partners and their members to secure paid sponsorship banners and additional sponsored advertisement revenue streams. Will then work with the Workable product team along with partners to leverage a portion of sponsorship revenue towards advertising in order to maximize candidate flow
  • Will operate as an Account Manager, working closely with partner to ensure their success in terms of membership company participation and job posting participation
  • Maintain an accurate pipeline for company-wide forecasting
