Job Descriptions:

  • Assist clients to setup up applications appropriate to clients’ requirements.
  • Provide product training to users.
  • Provide consultancy for a client about the best practices in Financial Services Software.
  • Maintain account portfolio to ensure activity in usage and transactions.
  • Support and provide solutions to clients’ issues.
  • Gather client’s information and implement them to the system.
  • Assist the developer team with bug testing of the application and new features.
  • Regularly report to the manager about the client’s needs and problems.

Requirements/Qualifications:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree of Accounting or equivalent.
  • Having an Accounting Software Certificate is a plus point.
  • Proficient with corporate productivity and web presentation tools (Microsoft & G Suite).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Comfortable with numbers and meeting clients.
  • Fast learner and independent.
  • Good interpersonal and teamwork skills.
  • Able to work under pressure.
