Job Title: Admin Assistant
This is a remote position.
Scope
- Full-time position, 40 hours per week, 8 hours per day Monday to Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM Hong Kong time
- Remote work with flexibility to align with different time zones
- Initially focused on internal coordination no client communication and interaction needed
- Back-end and purely admin
- Opportunity for career growth and increased responsibilities based on performance and get promoted to a different role
Responsibilities
- Manage and organize workflow, including sorting files and managing contacts
- Schedule and coordinate calls and meetings across different time zones
- Upload and organize information from meetings to Monday.com
- Assist in coordinating next steps and follow-ups after meetings
- Handle basic bookkeeping and petty cash management
- Support internal communication among team members and artists
- Assist in the preparation and organization of performance-related documents and materials
- Manage and update the company’s Google Workspace environment
Requirements
- Proficiency in Google Workspace (Drive, Gmail, Calendar, Meet, Sheets, Slides)
- Experience with project management tools, preferably Monday.com
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and fast-paced environment
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English
- Interest in or familiarity with the performing arts and creative industries
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
