Administrative Assistant at Crosshire, Remote (Nigeria)
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to provide day-to-day support across our client’s operations. This entry-level position is ideal for a motivated individual seeking to launch or advance their career in administration, with opportunities to learn and grow within a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide general administrative and clerical support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
- Manage and organize schedules, appointments, and meetings.
- Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls professionally and promptly.
- Maintain and update filing systems, databases, and records.
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and documents.
- Coordinate logistics for meetings, travel, and events.
- Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders as required.
- Perform other administrative tasks and duties as assigned.
Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum of HND / Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Social Sciences, or related field.
- Minimum of 1-5 years experience in administrative roles.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace (Word, Excel, Slides, Gmail).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Attention to detail with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous internship or administrative experience is an advantage, but not required.
Salary : 80,000 NGN (starting salary)
