Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Administrative/Facility Officer to join our team in a retail or community pharmacy setting. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 – 10 years of experience and will be responsible for managing administrative tasks and overseeing facility operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.
Job Functions/Responsibilities
– Manage day-to-day administrative operations.
– Oversee facility maintenance and ensure a safe, clean, and well-organized environment.
– Coordinate with vendors and service providers for facility-related needs.
– Handle procurement and inventory management of office supplies.
– Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory requirements.
– Assist in budgeting and cost control for facility-related expenses.
– Support the pharmacy team with administrative tasks as needed.
– Implement and maintain office policies and procedures.
– Prepare and submit regular reports on facility and administrative operations.
– Move around the store to monitor and ensure the proper functioning of all areas.
Requirements/Qualifications
– Minimum of 5 – 10 years of experience in administrative and facility management roles.
– Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and facility management software.
– Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
Experience in a setting is preferred.
– Ability to move around the stores and work independently and as part of a team.
Salary:
N100,000 – 250,000 Gross / month, depending on experience, plus HMO and pension.
