AGENCY MANAGER

JOB FUNCTION

To recruit, train and develop Sales Executives and help channel sales for the company. The Agency Manager will also ensure compliance while coordinating the Sales Executive’s activities.

REQUIREMENTS:

• University degree or HND
• Minimum of 3 – 5 years’ experience in selling and managing a sales force
• NAICOM Agency proficiency certificate
• Excellent selling skills and good network within the retail market
• Ability to achieve and exceed sales target
• Ability to demonstrate remarkable leadership and management skills
• Strong ability to persuade customers
• Ability to gather information, compile data and prepare reports
• Must be result driven
