AI Video Marketing Specialist at M365Consult, Remote (Nigeria)

Join our remote team as an AI Video Marketing Specialist focused on creating compelling viral video content leveraging cutting-edge AI tools. You will produce high-quality marketing videos that highlight our Microsoft expertise and support market expansion within the DACH region. Collaborate closely with marketing and business development to communicate the value proposition and strengthen enterprise client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Develop viral video content using AI tools such as Sora, Veo3, HeyGen, Synthesia, Runway ML, among others.
• Create engaging short-form videos optimized for YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels, and TikTok.
• Use Midjourney for image generation and video sequence design.
• Generate AI-powered audio (e.g., with Suno) to complement video productions.
• Produce client success stories, testimonial videos, and thought leadership content.
• Collaborate with marketing to develop video content strategies aligned with business goals.
• Manage video production end-to-end, from image creation to final delivery and platform optimization.
• Stay updated on emerging AI video, audio, and image generation technologies.

Requirements

• Proven experience in viral video marketing and short-form content creation.
• Expertise with AI video generation tools and short-form video platforms like TikTok and YouTube Shorts.
• Proficiency in Midjourney for image generation and advanced AI audio tools such as Suno.
• Strong video editing skills including Adobe Premiere Pro or AI alternatives like Descript.
• Deep understanding of viral marketing strategies, social media algorithms, and B2B enterprise sales cycles.
• Excellent multitasking and storytelling skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with Microsoft technologies and enterprise solutions.
• Experience with B2B viral marketing campaigns, especially in tech or recruiting.
• Knowledge of AI voice generation tools (ElevenLabs) and social media analytics.
