The Property Management Officer is responsible for identifying suitable properties, coordinating with brokers and agents, conducting property due diligence, overseeing expatriate guest house maintenance, and supporting management with property-related assignments.
Key ResponsibilitiesÂ
- Propose suitable properties as required.
- Follow up with brokers and agents.
- Conduct site visits and enquiries to ensure there is no litigation or encumbrance affecting proposed properties.
- Manage and coordinate expatriate guest house maintenance.
- Coordinate repairs, vendors, and facility service providers.
- Maintain property records and reports.
- Any other duties assigned by Management.
Qualifications & RequirementsÂ
- Bachelor’s degree in Estate Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Relevant experience in property or facilities management.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Good understanding of property due diligence and maintenance management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
