About the Analyst Role

• We are looking for a personable individual with a wide set of skills and interests who is interested in using technology to help people solve their problems.
• As an analyst, you’ll be responsible for helping our 1,000+ agents through the entire cycle – from disbursement to repayment. You’ll work closely with the Growth team to ensure that Customer Happiness continues to grow.
• Our team is small and you’ll have a huge say on how we help our agents solve the problems they may run into with our product.
• This role is primarily remote with occasional in-person meetings in our Lagos/Abuja office.

What You’ll be Doing

You’ll:

• Serve as the primary contact person between our agents and the Engineering team
• Review the customer journey, identifying how it’s supported, taking a consultative approach in helping clients overcome issues and achieve goals
• You’ll help write documentation for some of our internal processes
• You’ll be involved in the procurement process and communicating with vendors

Required skills

• A Bachelor’s degree in any major
• Experience working in an industry that requires a high level of written and verbal communication with numerous stakeholders.

While this isn’t a requirement, it’ll be a plus if you have:

• Experience with working on a financial services platform

SALARY

N70,000 – N100,000 per month.
