Job Title: Application Support Analyst
The job Holder under the leadership of Team Lead Client Support, is responsible for Listening, verifying, responding and providing solutions to clients through the provided channels.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain and improves quality results by adhering to standard and guidelines and recommending improved procedures
- Maintain and improves quality results by adhering to standard and guidelines and recommending improved procedures
- Attending the social media charts
- Any other duty as may be assigned by the Team Lead
Experience:
One year (1) relevant Call Center Agent experience and customer service experience.
Education:
- B.Sc. Computer Science or any other related course
- Microsoft certifications will be an added advantage
