Associate

As an Associate, you will begin to develop sector expertise and manage larger/multiple workstreams as part of a project team. You will begin to lead collaboration within the firm to create bespoke solutions for clients.

Qualifications and Experience

· Undergraduate Degree and/or Master’s Degree in any field

· No more than 2 to 3+ years of work experience after completing your degree

Responsibilities

· Redefine unclear client challenges into problem statements and develop steps to solve them

· Utilize quantitative and qualitative methodologies to distil complex data into actionable solutions

· Establish client relationships to improve interactions and service delivery.

· Effectively communicate with senior stakeholder groups such as client leadership to present recommendations.

· Provide guidance and leverage the strengths of team members to create actionable solutions
