ABOUT THE ROLE:
We are seeking an Associate, Strategy & Operations to join our growing team! You’ll play a critical role in supporting the implementation of strategic and operational business initiatives while operating in a fast-paced environment with cross-functional teams. You’ll work alongside peers and leadership vested in your personal and professional growth in a highly collaborative and fast paced environment.
You have a keen sense of ownership and initiative, strong work ethics, take pride in the quality of your work, and are intrinsically driven to learn and grow. You enjoy hands-on involvement in making in impact by shaping and implementing business strategies and tactics.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Rapidly develop a deep understanding of our business, and support the implementation and rollout of state-of-the-art business applications and digital products.
- Build financial and operational models, recommend action plans for growth and improvement, and collaborate with teams to drive business growth.
- Apply quantitative and qualitative approaches to develop business insights, and recommend various tactics and strategies to drive business growth.
- Be a consummate team player and a multi-tasker to own and manage critical operational and compliance matters.
- Act as a liaison between stakeholders including business, technology, and management teams to own and drive strategic business initiatives.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- 2+ years of experience in business and financial analysis, financial and operational modeling, project management, consulting, or similar business setting
- Positive attitude in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Exceptional attention to detail, strong follow-through, and outstanding organizational skills
- Strong work ethics and ability to get things done both autonomously and collaboratively
- Like to work hard, have fun, laugh with colleagues, and embrace accountability
