Our client, a marketing agency is seeking a talented individual who will oversee the function of the major agency accounts and will be expected to maintain and grow the accounts in quantitative and qualitative terms. What is Expected of You:

  • Manage multiple accounts; develop positive working relationships with all customer touchpoints
  • Drive client retention, renewals upsell, and client satisfaction
  • Takes ownership of Service Level Agreement on every given brief, project, and execution and gives the client the highest level of comfort with the agency.
  • Partner with internal cross-functional teams to understand customer goals and key performance metrics and exceed those goals throughout the campaign
  • Maps opportunities with clients in every financial year, collaborates internally to organize required data (macro and micro), and organizes sessions to distill and use in a coordinated and compelling manner, then presents the agency’s plan and wins client’s trust in delivering to plan.
  • Focus on ensuring we maintain superior customer service levels, operational excellence, and strategic insight
  • Maintains quality relationships with clients’ Finance team and ensures a positive impact on the agency’s receivables cycles from the client.

  • Develop and implement account plans to achieve revenue and growth targets
  • Attend client meetings and presentations, delivering captivating and informative presentations
  • Collaborate with our sales team to identify new business opportunities
  • Effectively and efficiently monitors invoices and payment cycles and ensures minimal deviation from agreed dates and takes ownership of the process, end-to-end.

This describes you:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Marketing, or a related field
  • Proven track record of success in account management, with at least 3 years of experience
  • Previous experience in a marketing agency or related field is a huge plus.
  • Must have experience working on large-scale projects as well as handling day-to-day Key Account Management (KAM) requests from the business
  • Strong project management, ability to successfully manage multiple tasks at any given point, strong relationship-building skills & communication skills
  • Understanding of Indices, fundamentals, analytical data, returns level data, etc.
  • Self-motivation: meets objectives and standards on set tasks.
  • Teamwork: A team player with an interest in the business dynamics
  • Organization: works systematically, use time efficiently; ability to prioritize and meet stiff deadlines without direct supervision, works to deadlines.
  • Good business acumen, sound decision-making, analytical and organizational skills in a fast-paced environment; a consultative approach to managing complex client
