Job Title: Brand Manager

As a Brand Manager at FairMoney, you will be responsible for developing and executing brand strategies to enhance visibility, market positioning, and customer perception. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and customer experience, to ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints. Your role will involve managing campaigns, analyzing market trends, and ensuring that all branding efforts align with FairMoney’s goals and target audience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement brand strategies that strengthen FairMoney’s market positioning and customer engagement.
  • Oversee the creation and execution of marketing campaigns, ensuring consistency in messaging, tone, and brand identity across all channels.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for brand growth and differentiation.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including design, content, and product marketing, to ensure brand alignment in all communications and customer touchpoints.
  • Manage partnerships, sponsorships, and collaborations that enhance brand awareness and credibility.
  • Track and analyse brand performance metrics, customer perceptions, and campaign effectiveness, providing insights for continuous improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with brand guidelines across digital, social media, and offline marketing efforts.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in brand management, marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience working in fintech, financial services, banking, or a related industry.
  • Strong understanding of brand positioning, market research, and campaign execution.
  • Excellent communication and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to drive brand growth and engagement.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing, social media strategy, and branding tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, work cross-functionally, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
