Job Title: Business Analyst

Aretum is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Business Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for gathering and analyzing business requirements from stakeholders, translating those needs into actionable plans, and ensuring the successful implementation of solutions. You will work closely with project managers, technical teams, and clients to drive project success and support the delivery of technology solutions that enhance operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Utilize your ServiceNow knowledge to assist in an Agile development environment
  • Liaison between technical and business teams to maintain communication and transparency between the sides
  • Follow a project management plan
  • Coordinate multiple tasks in day to day operations
  • Capturing meeting notes and managing action items on a timeline
  • Provide requirements analysis and other analysis as needed
  • Utilize knowledge and past experience to support ServiceNow application testing as needed
  • Ad hoc responsibilities

Requirements

  • Experience in basic project management and can create and follow a project management plan
  • Deep understanding of ServiceNow platform
  • Experience with ServiceNow application testing
  • Business process and requirements analysis
  • Strong analytical skills
