Job Title: Business Analyst

Responsibilities
- Requirement Analysis & Documentation: Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document business requirements, ensuring alignment with the bank’s objectives.
- Process Improvement: Lead end-to-end process reviews, identify inefficiencies, and recommend strategies for process optimization and digital transformation.
- Solution Delivery: Partner with IT, product teams, and external vendors to deliver solutions that address business needs while ensuring scalability and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders, bridging the gap between technical and non-technical teams.
- Data-Driven Insights: Analyze data to provide actionable insights and support business decisions. Develop dashboards, metrics, and reports to track performance and identify trends.
- Project Management: Oversee the execution of projects by managing timelines, budgets, and resources. Ensure timely delivery of high-quality outcomes.
- Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure all solutions and processes comply with banking regulations and internal risk frameworks.
- Leadership: Mentor junior analysts, sharing best practices in business analysis and driving a culture of continuous improvement.
