Job Title: Business Analyst

You will be responsible for improving the product and process quality by identifying patterns in data and analyzing the operational rates. The Data Analyst will consider both internal metrics and external variables, such as travel and political trends, to propose high-impact initiatives that optimize operational performance. A strong business sense is essential to understand the broader impact of data insights.

As a Senior Business Analyst, you’ll be responsible for:

• Make data-driven decisions and strategic insights to effectively analyze and synthesize information from various internal sources, including Tableau reports, raw databases, communication channels, historical process data, and Looker Studio reports.
• Utilize dashboards to assess key metrics and trends, translating findings into comprehensive reports that offer actionable insights and support stakeholder decision-making.
• Track and analyze external factors such as political trends, economic conditions, and travel patterns that could affect operational processes. Use this information to anticipate challenges and propose proactive solutions.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of analysis methods, findings, and recommendations. Provide regular updates and reports to senior management and other stakeholders.
• Use data insights to propose and design projects aimed at optimizing operational processes. Develop business cases and present recommendations to stakeholders to drive decision-making.
• Work closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure data-driven decisions are integrated into product development and operational strategies.
