The position

In this role, you’ll be required to lead the analysis, documentation, and management of business requirements throughout the life of the various projects at Renmoney.

Responsibilities

• Perform requirements gathering and analysis in order to provide high quality and detailed requirements, ensuring the closest involvement with, and agreement from, the user community
• Production of high quality and on-time Business Requirements Specification (BRS) documents, Business Process Flow documents, Test plans and relevant end-user training documents
• Model processes to clarify business requirements, and to enhance or re-engineer business processes, prior to, or in parallel with, solution design and implementation, as necessary
• Collaborate with developers to ensure adherence to business requirements and UI design specifications
• Develop training and support programs for implementations, as needed and provide go-live post implementation support to business units

Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Information Technology, or other related discipline. Post-graduate degree in related field preferred, professional certifications like ECBA, CCBA or CBAP would be an advantage
• A minimum of 3 years in Business Analyst function
• Understand current requirements elicitation, analysis, specification, and verification, and the ability to apply them in practice
• Must be self-motivated and demonstrate a sense of ownership
• Must be innovative and in tune with industry/market developments, ever searching for better ways, effectiveness and efficiency
• Must be able to manage time, prioritize tasks and work under pressure.
• Must possess relationship building, negotiation, problem solving and troubleshooting skills
• Must be a creative, strategic thinker and solutions-minded
