Leveraging your expertise in psychology and business, you will contribute to developing and implementing strategies to enhance employee performance, engagement, and overall organisational effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement business development strategies aligned with organisational objectives
• Conduct psychological assessments and evaluations to identify factors impacting employee performance and well-being
• Design and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and competencies
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess organisational needs and develop tailored solutions
• Provide expert guidance and support on talent management initiatives, including recruitment, retention, and succession planning
• Conduct research and analysis to identify trends and best practices in industrial psychology and business development
• Partner with Human Resources teams to ensure alignment of business development initiatives with HR policies and practices
• Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on organisational development and employee engagement matters
• Stay abreast of industry trends and developments to inform business development strategies and initiatives
• Mentor and coach junior team members to foster professional growth and development

Qualifications:

• B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Industrial-Organisational Psychology or related field
• 5-10 years of industrial psychology experience, focusing on business development
• Strong understanding of human resources principles and practices
• Proven track record of developing and implementing successful business development strategies
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
