Position Overview: We are seeking a driven and strategic Business Development Manager to join our team in Israel. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and driving revenue growth. This role requires a deep understanding of the technology landscape, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping clients achieve success through innovative solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Market Research & Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify new business opportunities and understand industry trends, competitive landscape, and potential client needs.
  • Lead Generation & Prospecting: Develop and implement strategies for generating leads, qualifying prospects, and creating a robust pipeline of potential clients.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with new and existing clients. Understand their business challenges and objectives to provide tailored solutions that align with their goals.
  • Sales Strategy Development: Collaborate with the leadership team to develop and execute sales strategies that align with the company’s growth objectives.
  • Proposal & Contract Negotiation: Prepare compelling proposals and negotiate contracts that reflect the value of Appgreat’s services, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes for the company and the client.
  • Collaboration with Technical Teams: Work closely with our technical and project management teams to ensure seamless communication and delivery of services that meet client expectations.
  • Reporting & Forecasting: Track and report on key performance metrics, providing regular updates to the leadership team on progress towards business development goals.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role within the technology or software development industry.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, or a related field is preferred.
  • Skills:
  • Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle and technology solutions.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
  • Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Language: Fluent in Hebrew and English, both written and spoken.
