Business Development Manager at Lyncs, Lagos, Nigeria
We’re seeking a Business Development Manager to expand our client base, foster partnerships, and position Lyncs as the go-to solution for business mobility in Africa. You’ll play a key role in driving adoption, building relationships with enterprises, and unlocking new growth opportunities.
What You’ll Do
- Identify and acquire new business clients across industries that need mobility solutions.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with decision-makers at companies.
- Pitch Lync’s value proposition and customize solutions for client needs.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet and exceed growth targets.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery.
- Monitor client satisfaction and suggest improvements to strengthen retention.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, competitors, and emerging mobility solutions.
What We’re Looking For
- 3–5 years of experience in business development, B2B sales, or account management.
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills, especially with corporate clients.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
- A results-driven professional with a track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets.
- Self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently.
- Experience in mobility, transport, or fintech is an advantage.
