Job Title: Business Development Officer

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Officer to join our team.
The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in expanding our market presence and driving business growth through strategic initiatives.

Main Responsibilities

• Identify and cultivate new business opportunities in the solar energy sector.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, clients, and partners.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors’ activities, and potential opportunities for business expansion.
• Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to prospective clients.
• Collaborate with projects and CX teams to create effective strategies for lead generation and
  conversion.
• Negotiate and close deals, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements for both the company and clients.
• Stay informed about industry trends, technological advancements, and regulatory changes affecting the solar energy market.
• Work closely with the technical team to ensure a thorough understanding of our solar products and services

Who we are looking for:

• You must be a graduate with experience in the Solar energy industry
• A post-graduate degree is an additional advantage
• A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in the solar energy industry.
• Experience in writing proposals and making presentations.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Strong organizational skills and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical skills, detail-oriented and ability to manage multiple customers
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
