Business Development Representative at Project Growth, Remote (Global)
As a BDR, you will lead outbound outreach efforts targeting international and domestic distributors. You’ll use LinkedIn and email to craft personalized messages, engage decision-makers, and generate qualified leads for the sales team. This is a top-of-funnel role critical to global expansion.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and research distributor prospects across regions
- Create and send tailored outreach messages via LinkedIn and email
- Qualify leads and book discovery calls with our Partnerships Team
- Manage and update CRM pipeline consistently
Qualifications:
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken
- 1+ years in B2B sales or outreach roles
- Strong writing skills and attention to personalization
- CRM proficiency
- Highly motivated, self-sufficient, and organized
What Success Looks Like:
- A strong, growing pipeline of qualified distributor leads
- Effective outreach campaigns with above-average response rates
- Seamless handoff of warm leads to the Partnerships team
