Job Title: Business Development Representative
We are looking for a driven, entrepreneurial Business Development Representative who thrives in a hunter role. What You’ll Do:
- Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive revenue growth and exceed targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, focusing on lead generation and cold outreach.
- Build and manage relationships with key accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Work closely with inside sales, customer service, and distribution partners to drive sales success.
- Provide market insights and competitive analysis to refine sales strategies.
- Represent TydenBrooks at industry events, trade shows, and customer meetings.
- Maintain productivity and discipline while working remotely.

Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 1-2 years of sales experience (internships considered), ideally in industrial, manufacturing, or B2B sales.
- Experience with prospecting, cold calling, and developing new business.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel 50-60% of the time.
