Job Title: Business Intelligence Analyst

What You’ll Do:

• Collaborate with decision-makers from various departments to understand specific needs and goals, integrating feedback to continuously enhance dashboard design.
• Design and develop interactive, user-friendly dashboards that provide actionable insights, ensuring visualizations are clear and impactful.
• Leverage analytics and BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Mixpanel) to analyze customer behavior, track KPIs, and identify trends and patterns that inform decision-making and optimize strategies.
• Gather and integrate data from multiple sources, ensuring accuracy and consistency across dashboards while automating updates to reduce manual intervention.
• Analyze trends and patterns in data to identify opportunities or risks, providing strategic recommendations to assist managers in decision-making.
• Act as the go-to resource for stakeholders, providing training on dashboard usage and regularly engaging to adapt to evolving needs.

Requirements

What You’ll Bring Along:

• University Degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, Finance, Economics, or any degree with exceptional skills in quantitative analytics. Students in their final year, recent graduates, or experienced analysts are welcome to apply.
• A burning desire to apply your quantitative background to manipulate and manage data.
• Familiarity with AI technologies and their application in business solutions, including leveraging AI tools like Large Language Models.
