Job Title: Business Manager

We’re looking for a strategic and results-driven Business Manager to oversee our business operations, develop and implement growth strategies, and ensure exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business management, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for luxury home decor and furniture. Candidate must be a Lagos resident who is willing to relocate to Abuja.

Responsibilities:

•  Develop and execute business plans to achieve sales growth, revenue targets, and profitability goals
•  Manage and lead a team of sales and customer service professionals
• Oversee daily operations, including inventory management, logistics, and supply chain management
•  Analyze sales data, market trends, and customer insights to inform business decisions
•  Foster strong relationships with suppliers, vendors, and partners
• Ensure exceptional customer service and resolve customer complaints
•  Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement marketing strategies
•  Monitor and control expenses, budgets, and financial performance
• Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in business management, retail management, or a related field
•  Proven track record of achieving sales growth, revenue targets, and profitability goals
•  Excellent leadership, management, and communication skills
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
•  Passion for luxury home decor and furniture
