Business Operations Associate – Social Media

As a Business Operations Specialist at Klarna you will work with other people – our Klarnauts – sharing the same focus: Customer Obsession. You will serve Klarna’s customers in the best possible way in our different Social Media channels and always strive to reach for a solution. You will collaborate with teams across Klarna such as Customer Service (B2C and B2B), Office Services and Fraud & Compliance.
About your responsibilities.Manage customer concerns on Facebook, Twitter and Instagram by providing details and prompt solutions. Exceed customer expectations. Own the customer problem and find the best solution through various platforms such as Trustpilot, Apple and Google reviewsEvaluate alternatives: When looking for a solution, you do it the Klarna way: Simple, creative, and quick having the customer journey in mind. Master tools: Become the expert for all our tools, processes, and ways of working.Understand that quality lies within the detail: Accomplish customer requests with accuracy in order to provide high-quality service.Work with other teams and senior stakeholders to mitigate risk over social media platforms.
About what you’ll need.You have working proficiency and communication skills in verbal/written English, other languages, are a strong plusExperience in customer support, ideally in a fast-paced work environment or startupYou know how to deliver a great customer experience and always go the extra mileYou always strive to do your best, deliver quality results, and take accountabilityYou are empathetic, have a positive attitude with a desire to help our customersYou are a problem solver with a strong work ethicYou enjoy new challenges and working in a fast paced environment
