We are currently looking for Captioners and note takers for a variety of disciplines. Candidates will be expected to attend in person classes at university/colleges within the Torbay/Devon region. Help students overcome barriers in class to succeed!

‍We are looking for individuals who have

• Completed post secondary education or about to graduate

• Studied and achieved good grades in a variety of the subjects. E.g. Math, English, Sciences, Arts, Business, History, etc.

• Typing speed of 60-80 wpm.

• Strong writing skills

• Sensitivity to the needs of people with disabilities.

‍Please note the majority of shifts occur between 8am – 9pm Monday to Friday. Hours assigned for the week depend on the student’s schedule and requirement.

We require you to commit to being available for a minimum of one academic semester.
