Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Chef located in Lagos Island. The Chef will be responsible for planning and preparing meals, managing the kitchen, overseeing kitchen staff, ensuring food quality and safety standards, and maintaining kitchen equipment.

Qualifications

• Experience in meal planning, food preparation, and managing a kitchen
• Knowledge of food safety standards and procedures
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment
• Degree or diploma in culinary arts or a related field
• Proven ability to manage kitchen staff
• Familiarity with kitchen equipment and inventory management software
• Good time management and organizational skills
• Certifications in food safety and sanitation are a plus
